Waterfront Guidelines for

Central

Gotfried Creek passes under McCall Rd. (SR 776), and provides waterfront homes in map section E43 access to the ICW, and the Gulf (through Stump Pass). Though moderately shallow, and limited by the 9 to 10 foot bridge clearance, boaters in this area enjoy quick & convenient access to fishing or boating. Being close to marinas, shopping and restaurants is a great attribute of this area.

Rocky Creek passes under McCall Rd. (SR 776), and provides waterfront homes in map section E53 access to the ICW, after it passes under Placida Rd. (SR 771), where it is called Ainger Creek. Stump Pass is just a few minutes away. Though shallow, and limited by the 9 to 10 foot bridge clearance, boaters in this area enjoy convenient access to fishing or boating. There is a county run boat ramp on Placida Road at the Ainger/Rocky Creek bridge.
Oyster Creek borders the north edge of West Grove City, and is quite shallow after it passes under Placida Road. Waterfront residents in E55, as well as East Grove City, use this waterway for access to Lemon Bay and beyond.
